[mevenide-user] Upgrading mevenide

Hi Milos

Another question for you. Is there anyway to fully uninstall mevenide after
a manual install? It seems that only a handful of the installed nbms can be
selected and uninstalled. The only way i can find to upgrade is to delete
the working directory.

Am I missing something?
