can you file it as a bug, please?

the IDE proxy settings will be ignored when running with command line
maven. When running embedded maven, the IDE settings cannot be
avoided. Have you used the 3.0.x version in the same 6.1 or in 6.0
only? (maybe somethign changed in netbeans itself)
