RE: [mevenide-user] Clean fails with unable to delete file

We see this on lots of occasions, normally in the context of running a
web application through tomcat. On about 90% of instances, the problem
goes away when we do a second clean/build (i.e. it fails, so we just try
again). The other 10% of the time we have to shut down *tomcat* and
sometimes netbeans too in order to get it to work.

Because it is so 'random', we have never bothered to file a bug report
(and partly because I suspect it may have something to do with our disk
filer and network infrastructure too).
