Hello, First I would suggest using NetBeans 6.5. I have no idea how the JCAPS projects work (they are not part of the standard distro are they?) and if they support 6.5 though.. I would suggest creating a thread dump while the "initialiazing project" message gets stuck and file an issue against JCAPS.
