a bug. I have created various strategies to figure the right version, but
ultimately forgot to set a version when everything fails.

fixed 3.1-SNAPSHOT, could also get into a 3.0.x update.

a possible workaround is to add the org.openide.util binary manually. Any
subsequent dependency addition should pick up the version from that one.
AFAIK the to-be-released archetype includes the org.openide.util by default.
