[mevenide-user] Dependency resolution problems

We are working on a fairly complex multi-level maven2 project here and  
we have some problems with mevenide not being able to resolve  
artifacts of our project as expected.

We have a local proxy with artifactory running on a tomcat/linux  
server, all workstations run NetBeans 6 rc2 and are pointed to the  
proxy through settings.xml.

I work on OSX and don't think that I have had any problems whatsoever  
but those working on the windows boxes from time to time have the  
problem that mevenide/maven does not actually fetch updates from the  
proxy when "update snapshots" is checked. Today we also have had the  
problem that one windows vista machine claims that some of our  
deployed artifacts (not all) are not available. When running a  
standalone maven (2.0.7) the problems does not appear.

Has someone else been experiencing these problems and if so, have you  
solved the problem?
