Actually, the e-mail notifications about migrated issues were quite
helpful, albeit numerous, because at least I could open all issues I was
involved in on GitHub and decide for each one of them whether to
subscribe or not. Otherwise, I would never had any chance to get
notified again in the future if an issue I have created or have been
involved in gets new comments or commits.
