[VOTE] Archive Maven Doxia Book Renderer

Hi,

I don't see a release for this project ....

This project use modules from doxia, like doxia-module-itext,
doxia-module-latex which was removed from doxia
https://github.com/apache/maven-doxia/pull/79

So we don't have a possibility to maintain it any more ....

I therefore propose that we can archive maven-doxia-book-renderer.

I will not do the final release.
I will make only needed changes like remove CI configuration.

If this vote is successful the source code repository will get
archived, meaning it's read only in the future.
