Help with upgrading to Maven 4 for Apache Tika

On TIKA-4540, we experimented with upgrading to maven 4.0.0-rc-5.
We're getting an invalid repo error, and I can't figure out how that
repo is getting added. We certainly do not want to be pulling from an
eclipse repo...so I'm happy we're getting a build failure.

Any recommendations?
