AW: help attempting to unsubscribe

Hi,

first you unsubscribe by sending=20
mail to the list. Few minutes later, you will get=20
an answer from the master. The only thing you have=20
to do, is to confirm this message by sending an=20
empty answer to the master and then you will never
got messages!
