[VOTE] RC Torque 5.1 based on staged repository

Hi Torque community,

a release candidate for Torque version 5.1 has been prepared and is open 
for voting!

 This release contains the following updates (from SVN Messages):

- use Java 8 streams, Java 7 switches, extract code duplicates into same 
named methods.
- fix log4j old versions, fix plugin configuration elements in pom.
- upgrade ant to 1.10.12 due to CVE-2021-36373
- cleanup / align assembly descriptors
- remove log4j2.xml from src/ressources
- update mysql.version to 8.0.27 (path from 22), 
torque.test.log4j2.version to 2.16.0 (minor from 14.1),
 torque.test.testcontainer.version: 1.16.2 (minor from 14.3)
- Updating dependencies: log4j from 2.14.1 to 2.16.0,
        - parent: apache v24, needs prop project.build.outputTimestamp, 
maven-javadoc 3.3.1, log4j 2.14.1
        - generator: eclipse-jgit 5.13.0.202109080827, velocity 2.3, 
groovy-all 3.0.7, xerces 2.12.1, xmlunit-core 2.8.3
        - maven: maven-plugin-annotations, maven-plugn-plugin 3.6.1
        - templates: remove versions in build-helper-maven-plugin, moved 
to parent build-helper v.3.2.0
        - test: derby 10.15.2.0, oracle 10.2.0.4.0, database 5 schema refs 
in xml
- README.md add section IDE integration, improve text explanations
- TORQUE-360 : moved package to TorqueSchemaAttributeName, allow relative 
and absolute package in inheritance columns, update database schema 
version to 5.1
- added profile to compile generated sources, activate with 
-Pcompile-generated-sources
- fixes in templates
- update log4j2-test.xml, add beans generation in TestProcessing
- Adding AvgHelper which works similarly to the CountHelper util for 
providing extra criteria to the Avg function
- change test and default configuration to dbcp2 and pool2 by default
- fixed and suppressed  vulnerability
- update dependencies due to owasp security failures
- update site ant tutorial
- add missing junit-jupiter dep in maven-plugin + ant
- update docker mysql to 8.0.22 and postgresql to 13.1 in test
- update old code examples
- update loggingAdapter default to Log4j2LoggingAdapter
- fix site
- update site plugin version to 3.9.1
- fix version and link, add info
- remove unused schema version 
- update site information
- fix inconsistencies

We have only one JIRA issue set for v5.1:

- Tested with JDK 1.8.0_311 and Openjdk version "11.0.9".
