- Fix pom plugins: replace deprecated Findbugs with Spotbugs (supports FinBugsFilter), add maven Enforcer (setting minimum maven version to 3.3.9), update Checkstyle, add Checksum (generate sha512) for assembly artefacts in profile apache-release.
