[VOTE] RC Torque 7.0 based on staged repository

Hi Torque community,


a new release candidate for Torque version 7.0 has been prepared and is open
for voting!

This release contains the following updates (from SVN Messages):

- Use valueOf for numbers in generated primaryKey methods template
- Issue TORQUE-372   Fix Concurrency Problem in RecordMapper 
- Issue TORQUE-368  Allowing an empty String as a valid value for "default"
- Code cleanup and  improvements, remove deprecated method calls
- Fixed tests for schema with required empty string value

Version 7.0. requires now Java-17.
