maven torque:insert-sql fails: org/apache/tools/ant/PropertyHelper

I moved to a new development machine and having some trouble getting  
back to normal here...

Got everything working up until the maven torque:insert-sql

I get this:

Our new url -> jdbc:mysql://localhost/bizdirectory
