I always thought that the wiki is the place for those types of information.

I'm currently trying to reorganize parts of the internal structure of
Turbine 4. This should allow people to use a generalized approach to
modules and an easier way to create your own module types. I try to
report my progress on the developer list. You are cordially invited to
discuss and to contribute.
