The Fulcrum Upload team is pleased to announce the fulcrum-upload-1.0.4
release!

Fulcrum Upload is a component to help with HTTP file uploads

Fulcrum Upload will be available from the above mentioned web
site or from the Apache Maven-2 repository (group-id:
org.apache.fulcrum) as soon as all mirror operations have been completed.

Changes in this version include:

New features:
o Added a Maven-2 build

Changes:
o Allow Non-ASCII characters in upload file names  Issue: TRB-13. Thanks
to Scott Eade.
o Port parser fixes of Turbine 2.3.2 over to the component.  Issue:
TRB-32. Thanks to Juergen Hofmann.
