Hi David,

screens in Turbine are not secured by Default. Hence it does not require a user to be logged in. You can retrieve a User Object by using DefaultTurbineRunData.getUser() [1]. You can verify if this User Object represents an Anonymous User (one that has not registered) by verifying with TurbineSecurity.isAnonymousUser(User) [2].
