[ANNOUNCE] Fulcrum Intake Service 1.2.0 released

The Fulcrum Intake Service team is pleased to announce the
fulcrum-intake-1.2.0 release!

This Service provides rule-based input validation

Changes in this version include:

New features:
o Add validation tests
o Add Intake schema derived from DTD

Fixed Bugs:
o Fix parsing of numbers, improve test
o Groups were not initialized correctly from a parser.

o Move to Avalon logging all over the place
