The Apache Turbine project is pleased to announce a new version of Turbine =
v 6.0.

Apache Turbine is a servlet based framework that allows experienced Java de=
velopers to quickly build secure web applications.
Parts of Turbine can also be used independently of the web portion of Turbi=
ne as well.
In other words, we strive to make portions of Turbine easily available for =
use in other applications.

This release requires Java 11 and includes fixes and updates for annotation=
s, services and more.
