Hi,

XWiki has a lot of unit tests to make sure Velocity keep behaving as we
expect it to, and everything looks good on this front.

Not sure I can judge the general quality of Velocity since I did not really
test the new stuff, but at least the retro compatibility seems good enough
for us to upgrade to this.
