   So let me summarize how I understand to get the MVP:
   
   * Upgrade build time Java requirement to 11
   * Don't touch existing modules; no suprises for users.
   * Create two modules with `-jakarta` suffix (release 11), rest release 8
   * Copy source code during `generate-sources` phase from javax modules
   * Change namespace in source code during `process-sources` phase
   * Attach sources
   * Test and be happy
