[ANNOUNCE] Apache Velocity Engine 2.4.1 released

The Apache Velocity team is pleased to announce the release of Velocity 
Engine 2.4 .1

Velocity is a Java-based template engine which provides a simple yet 
powerful template language to reference objects defined in Java code.

This is a maintenance release. Main changes:

For notes on upgrading from previous versions of Velocity Engine, see

Velocity Engine 2.4.1 is available in a binary and a source distribution 
[4].

It is also available in the central Maven repository under the 
'org.apache.velocity' group id.

user list [5], or, if appropriate, file a ticket with JIRA [6].
