Next engine major version will allow ${kotlin expression} constructs (at least, that's the goal). To go this route, we need to explicitly deprecate the syntax constructs.

Introduce:

- elvis operator

Deprecate :

- {{${foo|'bar'}}} => #if($foo)$foo#{else}bar#end
- $foo.bar => ${foo.bar}
- ${$foo.bar} => ${foo.bar}

Syntax deprecation warnings should be gated, by {{runtime.deprecation.warn}}, I will leave it to false by default for now but mention it in the docs, then 2.5.1 or 2.6 can turn it on.
