Migrating to velocity-tools 2.0

Hi,

I would like to migrate Struts 2 to use the latest Velocity Tools 2.0,
but as I see many thing changes and it isn't just a simple library
replacement.

I've started with VelocityDecoratorServlet [1] from Sitemesh plugin
but stuck, many constants are missing:
- CONTENT_TYPE
- DEFAULT_CONTENT_TYPE
- DEFAULT_OUTPUT_ENCODING

Where to find them or how to replace them ?
