link of velocity-tools- 3.0-SNAPSHOT

Hello everyone,

I need the link for maven to download SNAPSHOT from Velocity-tools
3.0, but I do not find information on the site for which link to add
in pom.xml to download it. The reason I'm updating the SPEC MVC 1.0
depts, but when I use the velocity-engine-core together with
Velocity-Tools-2.0 of the error, probably because of conflicts or are
not compatible.
