  INTRODUCTION:

  Watchdog 4.0 provides a set of validation tests for a web container
  implementing the Servlet 2.3 and JSP 1.2 specifications.  This test
  suite is not an official TCK and thus passing the suite should not
  be considered an indication of compatibility.
