1) Job Title		: Windows Server Specialist 


Job Description	: The job involves operational support for 
Windows/Unix File and Print services for a large enterprise with 
offices around the world. The Specialist will report to a team 
manager. This job requires working in shifts.
    
    Responsibilities 	:
- L2 / L3 support services
- Study current environment for File & print
- Migrate support services to offshore
- Monitoring and management of File and print servers (DHPS / DNS / 
PDC / BDC etc.)
- Remote management of servers
    Requirements	:
Mandatory	:
- Excellent communication and planning skills to transition support 
activities from client site to 
  off-shore locations.
- Atleast 2 years experience with managing Windows File and print 
servers for enterprises   
  with atleast 10 locations and about 500+ desktops.
- Experience with Windows NT and Windows 2000 Domain and security 
setup 
  for printing
- MSCE certification preferred
- Engineering Degree preferred
- 3 - 5 years experience with at least 2 years relevant experience.
 Optional	:
- Experience with Windows NT to Windows 2000 migration
- Knowledge of Unix / Linux / Samba integration with Windows File and 
  print servers.
- Experience or knowledge of ITIL processes

2) Job Title		:  MS Exchange specialist 

    Job Description	:  The job involves design and operational 
support for 
                                          Microsoft Exchange Mail (MS 
Exch 5.5, migrating to 2003) for a large 
   enterprise with offices around the world. This job requires travel 
   to client site to study and migrate support services to offshore 
location.
   The Specialist will report to a team manager. This job requires 
working 
   in shifts.
     Job Location	:  Bangalore. 
   Responsibilities:
- L2 / L3 support services
- Study current environment for MS Exchange based mail services
- Migrate support services to offshore
- Proactive monitoring and management of mail servers, users, mailbox
- Remote management of mailbox provisioning, problem diagnosis
    Requirements	:
    	Mandatory	:
- Excellent communication and planning skills to transition support 
  activities from client site to off-shore locations.
- Atleast 2 years experience with managing MS Exchange 5.5 / 2000 / 
2003
  servers for enterprises with atleast 10 locations and about 500+ 
desktops.
- MS Exchange Client configuration and troubleshooting
- MS Exchange multi-site mail routing
- Experience with Windows NT and Windows 2000 Domain and security 
setup 
  for printing. 
- MSCE certification with MS Exchange as specialization
- Engineering Degree preferred
- 3 - 5 years experience with at least 2 years relevant experience.
 Optional	:
- Experience with Windows 2000 Active Directory or Windows 
                            2003 security model will with be a plus.
- Experience with Windows NT to Windows 2000 or 2003 migration, 
Exchange 5.5 - 2003
- Understanding of DNS, SMTP, POP3, IMAP Outlook security
  Experience with ITIL processes
