1) FUNCTIONAL Testing and 2) AUTOMATED Testing - WINRUNNER & 
LOADRUNNER

LEAD POSITION OPENINGS:

REQUIREMENT : Test Lead Position

SKILL SET :  Strong knowledge of Rational tools for Java based Web 
applications - ClearQuest, Test Manager, Rational Robot. Prior 
experience leading large test teams (10+ team size). Hands-on 
experience developing test scripts, automated and manual testing. Can 
contribute as a senior tester as well as mentor other testers on 
team. Good communication skills.

POSITION : Test Lead
EXPERIENCE : 6+ years of IT experience in the QA arena.

QUALIFICATION :B.E.,B.TECH.,M.SC.,MCA,etc

REQUIREMENT: J2ee Sr Developer

Technical Skills: Designing and developing Web applications using 
technologies used for the OMNI project, i.e. J2EE, DB2, Rational, and 
Websphere.  Strong design experience using Rational Rose, high level 
and low level design using OO methodologies, UML, development of 
Usecases.  Development experience with J2EE/Java, 3-tier Web 
application development. Knowledge of J2EE design patterns, Websphere 
or other app servers. Must be able to understand and develop code & 
unit test modules using Object models, ER diagrams, Use Cases, etc. 
Good communication skills required. 4 (out of 5) UML J2EE, 4 for 
Rational Rose, 3-4 for Relational DB Design and level 4 Java.

REQUIREMENT:   J2EE - Tech Lead Position

Technical Skills :  Hands on development experience in the area of 
expertise. In-depth knowledge (3+ years) of J2EE/Java, OO design & 
development, JSP, Websphere or other App server, DB2 or 
Oracle,  Frameworks, Rational Rose. Should be able to contribute as 
senior developer as well as mentor other developers on the team. Good 
communication skills required. Work experience on dual shore projects 
a plus. 

Experience: 8+ years of IT experience with progressive 
responsibility. Full development life cycle experience. Minimum 2 to 
3 years of prior proven team lead or project lead experience.
