1) UNIX, JAVA, JSP, SQL Oracle database skill set. 
 
 A good understanding of OO concepts. 
 Familiarity with either Eclipse, JBuilder or WSAD IDE's is beneficial.

2) SUN JAVA Certification, XML programming 
 
- Experience with SAX, DOM, JDOM, Servlet API's 
- Must have a clear understanding of multi threaded development techniques JDBC 
- Acquiring, closing and cleanup of a connection DB2 and Oracle experience, Websphere and   TomCat experience, especially WebSphere under OS390
-JAVAScript/DHTML, Exposure to mainframe file structures a plus
Experience : 3-5 Yrs
