Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Chennai
No of positions : 7
 
Skillset Required :
Main Skill  : J2EE (Java, JSP, Servlets, Struts) , SQL (Oracle, DB2), UML/OOAD/Design patterns/Rational Rose or Poseidon tools
Additional Skills
Essential Skills " Excellent Communication (written and oral) and Analytical skills 
" Good knowledge of Web concepts and n-tier architecture/application layering
" Experience in a client facing role (preferably onsite)
" XML,/XSD, XSL
" Experience of working in a well-defined Quality process framework
" Familiarity with Estimation techniques such as FPA
Desirable Skills " RUP
" Familiarity with testing strategies and understanding/experience of Unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Performance Testing approaches
" Experience of using code analyzer/profiling tools - PMD, JProbe/OptimiseIT
Experience
Total years of IT experience  5 - 8 years
Total years of experience in the main skill  At least 2 years and At least one year/two projects in the capacity of a tech lead
 
Salary is not a constraint  for the right candidate. 
 
Educational Background
Essential Educational degree MCA or Engineering grad/post-grad
Desirable Educational degree Professional degree
Professional Certificates  SCEA/SCWD/UML certification preferred
