Project Manager – Java (9 to 12 Years) IITs / Premier Colleges

1)	Should possess very good knowledge of Java / J2EE 
technologies, Object oriented technologies and XML/HTML
2)	Should possess very good communication skills
3)	Demonstrate proactive leadership and should have managed 
large team in earlier assignments 
4)	Should have strong Man Management skills 
5)	Should be well versed with Project planning and tracking 
6)	Experience 9 to 12 years
7)	Prefereably B.Tech in CS from Premier Institutes (IITs/RECs, 
etc)


Responsibilities:

1)	Handle Development team of 25 and above
2)	Ability to troubleshoot live systems
3)	Initiate development process, metrics, work distribution / 
allocation.


Java Technical Lead - 5 to 8 Years of Exp.) IITs / RECs/ premier 
colleges Only

1)	As a Technical Lead you will be responsible for leading the 
architecture and design of the tools and/or applications.
2)	You will be working with a team of 5-7 software engineers to 
design and deploy the tools and applications.
3)	You will also closely with product managers and other 
development engineers to develop these solutions.
4)	You need to have ability to take on major projects with an 
understanding of the full lifecycle; requirements, design, 
development, testing and delivery

Required skills and experience 

1)	5+ years of experience with a track record of architecting, 
developing and delivering enterprise solutions using J2EE that are 
scalable, secure and robust
2)	At least 3+ years of technical lead experience developing 
large applications in the web environment
3)	Proficient with Oracle 8i/9i
4)	Proficiency on UNIX (Solaris, Linux) and NT platforms
5)	Experience with various server side software (Apache, Caucho 
Resin, Websphere)
6)	Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
Strong sense of ownership and proved delivery record
7)	Solid organizational skills and strict attention to detail
8)	Excellent problem solving skills
9)	Familiarity with networking concepts/protocols

Java Application Lead – J2EE & EAI  (5 to 8 Years of Exp.) IITs / 
RECs Only
Skills Required:
1)	5+ years experience of analysis, design, development and 
implementation of large-scale OO applications
2)	Strong development experience with OO languages such as Java, 
J2EE and EAI technologies (Tibco, Vitria, SeeBeyond, MQ Series)
3)	Broad knowledge of the Java API, JMS, EJB, JSP, Servlets
4)	Strong knowledge of design patterns, refactoring and unit 
testing
5)	Agile Methodology knowledge, such as Extreme Programming (XP) 
& SCRUM
6)	Experience with relational databases is a plus
7)	Excellent written and oral communication skills
The job profile would include traveling to client sites, which 
possibly may include international travel as well.
Junior and Senior Analysts – J2EE & UML (3 to 8 Years of Exp.) IITs /

Skills Required:
1)	Leading a team of 3 or more software engineers for at least 6 
months
2)	At least 1 Design and Development tool

4)	UML for requirement and Design Patterns
5)	Configuration Management principles
6)	Design with high complexity & Code / enhance complex programs
