Job Location:Pune / Hyderabad

Skill Set:Core Java/JSP/Servlets

REQUIREMENT I: Senior Developers:               

·         3 yrs relevant experience in Java (4-6 yrs overall exp.)

·         Should be hands on core Java, JSP & Servlets ( Should know 
strings, multithreading)

·         On database side should know indexing, inner/outer joins, 
intermediate level queries in PL/Sql

·         Should be good in OOAD and apply the same in Java 
implementation.

·         Should know design patterns & UML 

·         Should be able to mentor 2-3 resources

·         Good in coding practices & code review

·         Good communication skills, interpersonal skills & attitude

REQUIREMENT II: Tech Lead:

·         5 yrs relevant experience in Java (5-7 yrs overall exp.)

·         Should be hands on and very strong in OO principles

·         Must know design patterns very well

·         Must know UML and able to design

·         Optimization / fine tuning of application

·         Should know database and design concepts

·         Should be able to do effort estimation

·         Familiar to RUP

·         Should be able to mentor 5 plus nos. of  resources

·         Experience in conducting training would be an added 
advantage

·         Good communication skills, interpersonal skills & attitude

·         ·Selection Process - Face to Face Technical and HR 
interview.
