Extensive experience in Design/Development using OOAD/UML=20
Methodologies( shoud reflect in couple of projects)- (Mandatory) =96
Self rating if 8/10=20
Heavily involved in these activities for at least last 15  months =96=20
Use case modeling ,  creating High level design, Low level design ,=20
class diagrams , sequence diagrams (Mandatory) =96Self rating if 8/10=20
Experience in Architecture involvement =96an advantage=20
Understands usage and interpretations of Design patterns very=20
thoroughly , should have worked on both =96 Creational and Structural=20
types of Design patterns (Mandatory) =96Self rating if 8/10=20
Knowledge of MVC & STRUTS (Mandatory) =96Self rating if 8/10=20
Experience with working on Waterfall, Iterative kind of SDLC=20
methodologies=20
Experience in RUP =96 advantage=20
Knowledge of Database (not DBA activities)=20
Should have handled a team size of 5+ resources.
