Required skill(s):

1. Good coding and design skill in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, EJB, 
Swings and related technologies.
2. RDBMS, XML, Systems Integration.
3. Exposure to working with systems (Application servers, Portals 
etc.) in large enterprise environment.

2# Integration Lead(J2EE)

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Engineering/Technology, 
Master of Computer Application or Master of Engineering/Technology in 
any field.


Required Skills:

1.Total experience 6+ years, of which around 5 yrs experience with 
J2EE technologies  including XML, XSL, JMS,  DTD, Schemas.
2.One of the following middleware servers- WebMethods or TIBCO or MQ 
Series
3.Web Services technologies - UDDI or WSDL or SOAP
4.Integration to Enterprise Apps like SAP or Maximo or B2B apps like 
Ariba or Commerce One
5.Must have multiple App Server experience - WebLogic, Websphere, 
JBoss
6.Experience building an integration framework in an enterprise web 
app

Desired Skills:
1.Knowledge of prototyping tools and other design-related applications

2.Experience in development of high volume, high transaction 
enterprise system is desirable
3.Experience with Test tools such as JUnit
4.Working knowledge in iterative software development processes, RUP, 
UML and software engineering tools such   as Rational, Together

Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Engineering/Technology, 
Master of Computer Application or Master of Engineering/Technology in

Description:

Will be responsible for architecting, designing and developing of a 
business performance management product suite, and will be required 
to lead a team.

Responsibilities:
1.Design, develop, test and maintain the product and deliver high 
quality deliverables
2.Participate in the construction and integration of software 
components into the product to facilitate and maximize functionality 
and performance
3.Lead technical teams in design and development of new features and 
enhancements, manage day-to-day design and development processes, on-
going support, make crucial technical decisions pertaining to the 
assigned area of work
4.Help in managing scope and estimation of release schedules; work 
with the development manager and architect to ensure that release 
schedules are met
5.Adhere to standards and use best practices in software development. 
Persons leading design and development teams will have the added 
responsibility to ensure adherence to agreed development standards 
and provide technical guidance to the team.
6.Technical Leads will responsible for ensuring timely software builds

Requirements:

Essential:
1.A university degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science
2.Total of 8-12 years of relevant work experience of which last 3-6 
years should have been as Technical Lead / Architect of an enterprise 
software product.
3.Very strong analytical skills, ability to comprehend complex 
code/algorithm, contribute to on-going improvements to the product 
(feature, performance)
4.Strong Core Java, SWING, J2EE skills (Servlets, Java networking) 
with hands on experience in developing enterprise software 
applications
5.Development and deployment experience on multiple application 
servers: Websphere, Weblogic, jBoss
6.Usage of debugging and code test tools
7.Exposure to full SDLC essential and exposure to enterprise software 
product development desirable
8.Hands on experience and ability to provide technical direction in 
the areas of OOAD - use of UML, design patterns, database design, 
reference implementations in the relevant technology
9.Define and ensure adherence to design and coding standards 
compliant with the architecture
10.Self-starter, detail oriented, excellent communicator. Good 
problem solving capabilities
11.Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team leader as well 
as individual contributor

Desirable:
1.Experience with performance improvement initiative in a enterprise 
product will be a plus
