Experience:4-5 Team Lead/Tech lead

SKILLS:
J2EE , JSP , Struts , HTML , XML . Data Base programming using JDBC.
UML Design Skills.
Design and Develop J2EE , WEb based applications.
Making the Analysis and design and testing document.

Bangalore Candidates with speaking fluency in English,Hindi/Tamil/Kannada
are Prefered.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Engineering/Technology, Master
of Computer Application or Master of Engineering/Technology in any field.
4-6 year(s) of working experience in IT is required for this position.

Required skills:
1. Good coding and design skill in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, EJB, Swings
and related technologies.
2. RDBMS, XML, Systems Integration.
3. Exposure to working with systems (Application servers, Portals etc.) in
large enterprise environment.

#3.Java/J2EE Architect

    Job Code:Architect-Ban
    Location:Bangalore

Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Engineering/Technology, Master
of Computer Application or Master of Engineering/Technology in any field.
Total of 8-12 years of relevant work experience of which last 3-6 years
should have been as Technical Lead / Architect of an enterprise software
product.

Description:
Will be responsible for architecting, designing and developing products, and
will be required to lead a team or provide technical direction to multiple
teams.

Required Skills:
1.Very strong analytical skills, ability to comprehend complex
code/algorithm, contribute to on-going improvements to the product (feature,
performance)
2.Strong J2EE skills with hands on experience in developing enterprise
software applications
3.Development and deployment experience on multiple application servers:
Websphere, Weblogic, jBoss
4.Usage of debugging and code test tools
5.Exposure to full SDLC essential and exposure to enterprise software
product development desirable
6.Hands on experience and ability to provide technical direction in the
areas of OOAD - use of UML, design patterns, database design, reference
implementations in the relevant technology
7.Define and ensure adherence to design and coding standards compliant with
the architecture
8.Self-starter, detail oriented, excellent communicator. Good problem
solving capabilities
9.Exposure to multiple technologies and platforms preferred
