1. Good coding and design skill in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, EJB, Swings
and related technologies.
2. RDBMS, XML, Systems Integration.
3. Exposure to working with systems (Application servers, Portals etc.) in
large enterprise environment.

3. Experience in developing protocol software for GSM,
CDMA, WCDMA (layer2, layer3 software).

4. Design and development of User Interface (MMI) for
mobile phones.

5. Thorough knowledge of C++ and C.

6. People with internet protocol development experience
such as TCP/IP, RTP, SIP, VoIP etc.
