Java/J2EE Project Manager

    Experience    :10-15 yrs.

Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Engineering/Technology, Master
of Computer Application or Master of Engineering/Technology in any field.

Desired Skill set:

Strong on JAVA/J2EE Platform
Total project and people management
Should have experience in Product development.
Atleast 3+ years experience as Project Manager handling JAVA, J2EE projects
Worked on a onsite offshore business model
Knowledge in Understanding and scoping the requirements
Deep JAVA, J2EE experience, commensurate with team requirements to support
entire application including issues, tools upgrade, version upgrades

Managed multiple concurrent projects at the same time
Worked on a onsite offshore business Model
Exposure to project estimation and Planning (SDLC - ISO, SEI, SE Tools)
Experience in Project cost control & Quality Management.

Responsible for Target Setting and achievement, Value chain growth
Opportunities identification, Customer
Satisfaction & Relationship Management
Should have handled a team of 20 - 30 resources and look into the Job
Assignment, Training, career development, performance management,
Communication & bonding of team members.

Experience with creation of project plans using typical PM software tools

Communicated and liaised with all levels and functions in a company
Able to recognize implications on project profitability of business and
technical decisions
Team worker; able to lead and influence others to achieve project objectives
Able to motivate and lead project team in difficult situations
