Sending multiple 100-Continue responses before a 200-OK

I have a need to be able to send multiple 100-Continue responses before the
final 200-OK response from a servlet, with a very similar scenario to what Dan
Rall describes here:

http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/tomcat-dev/200311.mbox/%[email protected]%3E

In my case, it would be on Tomcat 5.0.28. Is there any way that this can be
done? Even a Tomcat-specific way? If not (which is what I suspect), does anyone
have suggestions as to how I can deal with this type of scenario?
