cpptasks rev 77 reverted, ant-contrib Gump failures, svn rearrangement

I've just reverted Subversion rev 77 which was committed by  
2007-02-07 by slip_stream.  That change enabled some disabled  
behavior in LibrarySet and allowed TestLibrarySet.testBadLibname to  
pass, however it caused log4cxx's Gump build to fail (and likely many  
other builds on Linux).  I restored the existing LibrarySet behavior  
and modified testBadLibrary to that it passed.  The SVN migration did  
not preserve the CVS history, so I haven't been able to reconstruct  
how it got in that state.  But I assume that the test was added first  
and the supporting code was never quite finished.

ant-contrib has been failing its Gump build for a while and I'm going  
to look at the next.

I'm considering doing some rearrangement of the SVN repository.   
Currently the SVN has trunk/cpptasks and trunk/ant-contrib while  
cpptasks/trunk and ant-contrib/trunk probably better reflect the  
relative independence of ant-contrib and cpptasks.  Since we haven't  
tagged or branched either, it isn't a big deal now, but might want to  
get it out of the way.   That change would likely result in  
developers to do a fresh checkout after the move and the Gump project  
descriptions would need to change.

Also, I might take a stab at a Maven project descriptors for the  
projects which may move some directories around to conform to Maven's  
standard directory layout.  I'd make corresponding changes to the Ant  
build to keep it running, but having a Maven build would be nice to  
pick up its dependency management and web site generation.

Also, will try to go through the mailing list and forums and address  
pending issues there.
