I don't know about that guys, mine is working fine using the
antcontrib.properties:

<project name="MyProject" default="compile" basedir="."
xmlns:cpptasks="antlib:org.sf.net.antcontrib.cpptasks">
	<description>
		Builds AbstractFormatIO
	</description>

	<taskdef resource="net/sf/antcontrib/antcontrib.properties"/>
	<taskdef resource="cpptasks.tasks"/>
	<typedef resource="cpptasks.types"/>
...
