[ant-contrib - Help] CC Task Precompile Issues

I'm trying to use a precompiled header like this:

<precompile prototype="UnitTest/src/stdafx.cpp">
</precompile>

But I see no signs of it getting picked up by Ant.  Is this the correct way
to use precompilation?  If so is there a way to verify it works?
