Ok I've logged this bug.  The bug number is: 1720379

I hope this gets picked up in a patch or something.  I won't be able to get
my company switched over to using ANT as its build tool until we can successfully
reproduce builds on both Mac and Windows.

If anyone has any workarounds or tips I'd greatly appreciate it =)
