Initial Comment:
The ant-contrib SVN has had branches, tags, releases and trunk folders and then had trunk/cpptasks and trunk/ant-contrib.  The change moves directories so that there is ant-contrib and cpptasks folder each having a branches, tags and trunk subfolder.  The old layout did not reflect that ant-contrib and cpptasks have different development cycles.
