Summary: antfetch doesn't work with "dir" attribute

Initial Comment:
The statement <antfetch dir="foo" target="bar"/> returns an error 'antfetch doesn't support the "dir" attribute' with ant-contrib-1.0b3.jar.

The same statement works with the unversioned jar supplied in ant-contrib-1.0b2-bin.zip.

Ant version is 1.7.0 RC1, OS Windows XP.
