[ant-contrib - Help] Error on re building project

On re building project using cpp task i am getting following error. 

[cc] Starting dependency analysis for 4 files.
[cc] Error parsing
X:\source\server\icemail\shared\utility:java.io.FileNotFoundException:
X:\source\server\icemail\shared\utility (Access is denied)

Ant kind of hangs with after this error and CPU usage boost to 100%.
I have folloing environment -
JDK 1.5 update 12
apache-ant-1.7.0
cpptasks-1.0b4

Can somebody throw light over this? This happens only if i rebuild project without
cleaning.
