<linker map="true"> on AIX and xlC.

This doesn't work with the xlC compiler, so I changed it to pass an additional parameter containing the absolute path to the output file.  Xlc uses -bmap:<file name> for the map file and it is required (unfortunately).  I think that passing the CCtask is probably too much, but that is an option.  Anyway, could someone with more time add this in to source?
