A few people have asked the status of the ant-contrib project.=0A=0AI have =
not had much time to work on it recently. =A0Also, =A0I got kind of frustra=
ted by the constant API changes=0Ain Ant itself which kept breaking various=
tasks. =A0As a result, I had to maintain several different versions of the=
=0Acode just to support different Ant versions.=0A=0AOn top of that, we hav=
e 1 task that relies on Ivy as well, and that underwent version changes.=0A=
=0AThen add into the mix, supporting Java 1.5 and Java 1.6.=0A=0AIt all bec=
ause too many variables.=0A=0AI'm willing to get everything working on Ant =
1.8.2 (the most recent version), and put out a final=0Arelease. =A0However,=
it will require specific versions of Ant, JDK and Ivy. =A0As those other p=
roducts=0Aget updated, newer Ant-Contrib would support only the latest vers=
ions of those. =A0That's not to say=0Aant-contrib would not be backward com=
patible, but that depends on the API changes of it's dependent=0Aproducts.=

All of the data generated in your IT infrastructure is seriously valuable.
Why? It contains a definitive record of application performance, security
threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
sense of it. IT sense. And common sense.
