How do I build the source???

Since our company has switched to 1.12.9 of CVS I'm unable to continue 
using ant hill unless 1.7.1 is released.  Or, I'm able to build the 
war from the source.

Could someone please point me at an ant file (or makefile) that would 
build the source and package the war.
