Eric,

Thanks, that fixed it.  For some reason Tomcat wasn't pickup up the 
change I had made even though I stopped and restarted the service.   As 
soon as I ran it from the command line, it worked fine.  

Thanks again for the help, it's been too long since I messed with web apps.
