You could try to recreate the properties for the master project. If the 
problem is that it can't delete the directory though, I would start 
there. Windows can be very finicky about that. Do you have a DOS window 
up in that folder? A file open in a text editor from that folder? 
There's always the classic windows answer - reboot to make sure any 
demands on that folder are freed up.

You should be able to use c:\anthill as the project root. On windows, I 
usually enter something like: \programs\urbancode\anthill though. The 
parser of the filename is just the standard Java file interaction layer 
which is pretty forgiving.
